Barbecue Pork served over Brown rice with steamed Broccoli
It was memorial holiday and that meant a long weekend,
that friday evening a friend and I went grocery shopping and just walking
through the aisle my eyes caught the Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce and I could not resist.
Feel free to do this over an out door grill, I did mine in my oven.
So here I marinated the meat with a dry rub over night
(dry red pepper, garlic powder, salt and black pepper)
In the morning I basted the meat with a thin layer of he barbecue put it in a
350degF oven for about 30mins and did this three times
1hr 30mins total cooking time.
