Sweater Weather...Chilli!

Hey guys, hope everyone has been great? So its getting cooler around some parts
of the world and people are starting to change up their menus a little bit
by eating more warm meals. Well, not me though, I actually eat this or
whatever when I feel like, by the way, where I live, it feels like summer
just started...#flo-rider #lol
So this chilli dish is quite easy and its a great one to make ahead of time, put it in the
freezer and its good to go when you need it!
 You'll need...
Any kind of ground meat- I used pork and turkey
Oil
Onions
Garlic
Green and Red bell peppers
Black beans
Kidney beans
Tomato paste and sauce
Diced tomatoes
2 stock cubes and 3cups of water
Let me just let you know that this recipe requires no measurements says the eye balling queen...hehe!
In some oil, may be 3Tbsp, cook the onions and garlic until they start to turn a little golden.
Add the rest of the Veggies, season and let this cook down for about 5mins
and keep that aside.

In a clean pot cook your meats until browned, season as desired.
Add the cooked veggies in the cooked meat and let that fry for about 5 mins
Add the beans(you can use any kind of beans), tomatoes and
chicken stock (I used 2 stock cubes and 3 cups of water).
Let it simmer on low for about 1hr, check every 20 mins to stir or add water.
Tada!!! Its ready, This gets better the next day since the flavors have had time to marry. lol
