Cheesy Garlic Bread

Hey!
If you enjoyed that pasta recipe, well, here's her sister... The Cheesy Garlic Bread.

Few things matter here, the bread and the cheese. You will need a french baguette or any kind of rustic bread. Your regular white loaf may not give you the expected result.

Both prep and cook time are fairly short and easy, you'll need only a few ingredients, so lets make it.

You'll need:

- French bread
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Garlic
- Butter softened (not margarine)
- Parsley
- Black pepper

1. Peel and grate your garlic, slice the parsley very fine and set aside.
2. Make a compound butter: mix butter, garlic, black pepper and parsley.
3. Slice or grate the cheese, also slice the bread to have a good amount of surface area.
4. Pre heat your oven to 350F or 180C.
5. Butter the bread lightly on both sides with the compound butter, arrange the sliced or grated cheese on your bread slices and place them on an oven safe tray.
6. Bake the bread for 15 mins or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

7. Serve this next to any pasta dish or with a tomato sauce for dipping.

Enjoy!
